Return & Refund

Retail Orders

  • Order cancellation can only be made before it is shipped. Once order is shipped out, below Return & Refund policy is in effect.
  • We accept return requests within 30 days of ship date. All products must be returned in UNUSED and UNALTERED condition, and in original packaging with all tags attached, and must be received by our warehouse within 15 days of RA# provision. (See below How to return? for RA)
  • Exchanges are allowed by placing a new order for the replacement item(s) and returning the original item(s) for a refund. Exchanges are subject to merchandise availability.
  • Return Shipping - you may purchase a return label from us or use your own shipping method at your expense.  In rare cases that merchandise arrives to you defective or damaged, or incorrect merchandise is received, please submit a claim with photos as evidence, or send an email with subject "Claim + Order Number" to info@themooddecor.com. We will cover all return shipping for approved claims as well as any replacement charges.
  • If an order is returned to us because of incorrect shipping address or delivery refusal, appropriate return costs will be deducted from your refund.

Reseller Orders

  • Stock availability is subject to change. Merchandise in your shopping cart or our draft order without check-out will only be reserved if a 100% deposit or down payment is made. This secures the inventory and covers any applicable storage fees. Free cancellation for inventory reservations is accepted within 30 days.
  • Return requests are accepted within 30 days of ship date, at a restocking fee of 20% of order amount. All merchandise must be returned in UNUSED and UNALTERED condition, and in original packaging with all tags attached, and must be received by our warehouse within 15 days of RA# provision. (See below How to return?)

How to return?

Applicable to both retail and reseller orders

Before returning your order, please submit a return request, or send an email with subject "Claim + Order Number" to info@themooddecor.com, providing:

  • Your order number
  • The reason for the return
  • Whether you would like to purchase our pre-paid shipping label

We will respond to your request with a Return Authorization Number (RA#) and the return label or the address of the return facility. Please add this RA# when generating your own return label and provide us with the tracking number.

Do not ship returned merchandise without RA# provided ahead, otherwise package(s) will be refused.

Once the RA# has been provided to you, please kindly ship the merchandise back at your earliest convenience. We will cancel a return shipping label and refuse the return package(s) when return shipment isn’t received within 15 days of RA# provision.

Once we receive the returned merchandise, we will inspect and issue a refund to your original payment method in 5 business days. An additional 5-10 business days may apply to reseller orders depending on volume. Applicable return costs will be deducted from your refund.
